Free National Board Renewal Workshop!

As you approach the end of your certification period, we invite you to renew and retain your status as a National Board Certified Teacher as a public statement about your commitment to the profession and to your students. By doing so, you will be part of a growing group of educators who have both seniority in the profession and a proven track record of accomplished teaching.
The National Board and the Center for Educator Recruitment, Retention, and Advancement (CERRA) will be offering the official Renewal Workshop on January 11, 2014. This session will cover the specifics of the Renewal process and will provide opportunities for you to begin planning your work. We are offering two sessions, one in the morning from 10:00 – 12:30 and one in the afternoon from 1:30 – 4:00. These sessions will be held at the The SCEA in Columbia.
